there must be a manufacter fault with this steriliser as my daughter is only 7 weeks old and i am on the 3rd 1 as they keep breaking, the third 1 seems to be not getting hot enough already and only had it 2 weeks, will have to get a microwave 1 as tommee tippee only do 1 electric steam 1 and that is no good, would get a different make but all our bottles that make.
