The height you are does not atomically suggest you require either a “large” or “tall back carrier”. Instead, your torso length, NOT your height will determine your back carrier size to ensure maximum comfort and reduce risks of back pains and aches.

To help you choose the correct Littlelife Back carrier size for you, first of all measure your Torso by following the below steps:

1.) Stand normally and look straight ahead with your feet shoulder-width apart

2.) Drop your chin to your chest until your C7 vertebra (round bone at the base of your neck) sticks out

3.) Measure using a soft tape from hipbone or lilac crest to your C7 vertebra in a straight line not along the curve of the spine

(To obtain a more accurate Torso length, measure along the curve of the spine between the two points indicated and subtract 3 cm)
