The barrier is essentially 3 pieces. 2 Sidebars are screwed and fixed to the wall or window frame internally. The middle barrier section is placed into position, resting on 2 brackets. 

The barrier is then secured and removed by a really easy-to-use keyless locking system that is child resistant.

When ordering don’t worry about getting the measurements absolutely exact. The barrier comes with uniquely adjustable fixing arms, which move in and out to align with the fixed sidebars. Measure the width of the window recess in mm, and select the product in your window range. Fitting instructions are included in the order and further telephone support is provided upon delivery.

• Height of the barrier:  800mm. (the support bars to hold the barriers are approximately 880mm)
• The spacing between the bars: maximum of 65mm
• The barriers are suitable for windows with a minimum width of 200mm upwards.  Simply measure the width of the window recess and select the product that is within your range from the drop down menu.
• The window barriers were safety tested up to 1600mm wide as this was the widest range that could be tested in the safety testing environment.  Safetots do offer the option to purchase wider window barriers in the drop down menu above.

• This product is extremely easy to install.  All you need to be able to do is drill holes into the window aperture so that the side bars to be screwed and fixed into position. 
• To provide you with ease of mind, the manufacturer will telephone you once you’re order is received to help you fit the product successfully.
• Fitting instructions will also come with the product when delivered

• Measure the width of the window recess

(Don’t worry about getting the measurements exactly right.  The barrier has adjustable side arms for ease of fitting)
