There are always new and improved child safety products coming to market with the view of protecting little ones from harm, but are the latest child safety products really the best?
Stair gates are the most purchased child safety product around, they are an essential piece of safety equipment designed to protect your child from injuries, when they get more mobile. The safety element of a stair gate comes from the rigidity and stability of the gate, whether you’ve brought a pressure fitted safety gate or a screw fitted safety gate, as long as it is fitted correctly and has the right level of tension, your safety gate will work and stay in place.
Sitting in the garden enjoying the weather can be one of the best parts of summer, children love exploring new things and the garden will soon become their new playground. As with all playgrounds it is important to make sure your baby or toddler is safe and although your garden may seem a harmless place there could be hazards around every corner.
Tags: baby safety, childproofingA safety gate is the single most important home safety device when it comes to babies and toddlers. With the ability to keep your little one out of harm’s way, a well fitted safety gate can literally be a life saver.
I’m sure all parents will agree that keeping your child safe is of upmost importance. Surprisingly a vast amount of accidents involving children happen in their own home, this could be due to a more relaxed approach to safety compared to that outside of the home or simply a lack of child safety products in some households.
A stair gate is a safety must when your little angel starts to become more mobile. You’ll find that even a baby that has just learnt to crawl will manage to get into mischief in seemingly safe places. The main use for a stair gate is of course protecting your child from trips or falls around the stair area however in recent years stair gates have also become known as safety gates and are increasingly popular in kitchens and on summer doors.
