When?
Safetots aim to dispatch all items ordered before 3pm the same working day and all orders placed over the weekend on Monday subject to stock availability.
Orders that weigh more than 2KG will be dispatched with City-Link couriers on a next working day service. All other items will be dispatched last post with the Royal Mail, therefore arriving with customers the following morning or after one additional working day.

How Much?
Delivery to UK mainland free for orders over £75 and £5 for orders under £75.

Non Mainland UK?
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and Scottish highlands including post codes (IV3-IV40), (IV52-IV54), (IV63) all cost £15 for orders weighing over 2KG (to be dispatched with City-Link Couriers), but the regular £5 charge for orders weighing less than 2KG (to be dispatched with the Royal Mail) . Please contact the Safetots office on 01438 728 888 for one of our sales team to place the order for you if you believe your order to be under the weight limit. (Please note the average weight of a stair gate is 7KG and a bed guard 4KG).

Europe
Safetots also dispatch to Europe. Please contact info@safetots.co.uk or phone +44 (0) 1438 728 888 for a delivery price. Please make sure you have the full list of items you would like to order along with the country you would like the items to be sent to.

Delivery Attempts
Safetots pay for two separate delivery attempts with City-Link Couriers. If both attempts are unsuccessful customers must pay the courier fee of £10 for the third delivery attempt or pick up the parcel from their local depot. If customers do not attempt to pick up the item from the depot and it is returned to the Safetots office, customers will have the £10 fee deducted from the refund, or will be charged the fee to send the item back out again.
